Role Description This role involves developing software solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. - Develop software solutions by analyzing user requirements, system workflows, data usage, and operational processes to design effective applications. - Design and implement system specifications, programming standards, and technical solutions to support application functionality and performance. - Investigate and resolve system issues by analyzing problem areas and implementing appropriate software solutions. - Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, PowerApps (Model-driven and Canvas Apps), and Power Automate flows. - Create and maintain data visualizations and reporting solutions using Power BI to support business insights and operational reporting. - Collaborate with users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure applications meet business needs. - Support the full application lifecycle by developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions to ensure reliability and performance. Qualifications - Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments (8 years) - Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate technical solutions (5 years) - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform development (4 years) - Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model (2 years) - Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows (1 year) - Experience with Dataverse tables and uses (1 year) - Experience with Power Pages portals (1 year) - Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center (1 year) - Experience with Articulate / Reach 360 (1 year) Requirements - Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization (1 year) - Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project (1 year) - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams (1 year) - Experience in Agile development and sprint planning (1 year) - Experience with development and support Power Platform mobile apps (1 year) - Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (1 year)

Role Description We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Platform Engineer with strong experience operating production cloud systems. You’ll play a critical role in evolving our platform maturity — improving reliability, scalability, developer experience, and security across a growing SaaS environment. You will act as a technical leader within Platform Engineering, reporting to the Platform Engineering Manager. This role is well suited for someone who values continuous improvement, enjoys enabling others, and takes pride in making complex infrastructure simple, secure, and reliable.
