Every call, text, and quote directly impacts revenue. Right now, the data powering those decisions lags behind reality. We're hiring a Data Analyst, Agency to change that. This role sits at the intersection of business reality and data truth. You'll transform messy operational data into clarity, then translate that clarity into decisions that improve agent efficiency, revenue, and overall business health. Key Responsibilities Recurring Deliverables - Customer Specific Operational Reporting: Author and update for key customers providing insights into discrete network performance and network activity - Network Operations Reporting: Author and update key network operations metrics for the nationwide Vero Fiber network. Including, working with Operational team members to recommend measurable, achievable and time bound actions to improve metrics - Recovery Management: Utilizing current process and workflows to provide updates on internal and external recovery efforts associated with network performance Near Term Deliverables and New Process Developments: - Cash Reporting: First maintain and then improve capital reporting process with the goal of providing succinct metrics and variance analysis relating to cash outflows (Capex) and cash in flows (Non-Recurring Revenue).
