In this role, you will be focused on data mining and transactions. Additionally, you will serve as the primary link between physical production and warehouse activity and digital inventory records, while partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, and Accounting/Finance teams at Nutrafol. Contract Details: - This is a full-time (40 hours/week) W-2 contract with an anticipated 6-month duration. - The hourly rate is $35–$40, depending on experience. Responsibilities - Monitor and process daily inventory transactions, including goods receipts, warehouse transfers, inventory production adjustments, and finished good receipts to ensure system accuracy. - Ensure every batch record is produced for all sites for all bulk and packaged goods, working closely with each CMO on production schedule. - Reconcile cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigating the root causes of discrepancies between physical stock and system records. - Create and maintain routine reports on all inventory to ensure transactions have posted appropriately and there are no discrepancies. - Audit "master data" (e.g., part numbers, unit of measure, and storage location assignments) to prevent downstream errors in procurement and production. - Work cross-functionally with planning, CMOs, quality, and OPS to reconcile completed batches and transact them to completion in the ERP. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain position.
