We are Now Hiring a Remote Inventory Parts Manager! Transdev is proud to offer: - Competitive compensation package of $71,200 – $89,000 year Benefits include: - Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks - Sick days: 5 days - Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating - Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. Key Responsibilities: - Monitors, evaluates, and takes corrective action for improved performance of maintenance operations within region. - This position requires up to 80% travel. - Ensure that the parts inventory is stocked at levels where all appropriate shop services can be performed. - Design, implement, and monitor ongoing cost-quality purchasing programs. - Maintain an effective parts catalog system. - Manage warranty claims on parts. - Manage a core exchange program. - Prepare and conduct physical inventories quarterly. - Provide timely and accurate support services to operational staff. - Supervise the daily functions of the parts staff, if applicable, ensuring the most effective allocation of resources. Provide training, technical support, and assistance to staff as needed. - Ensure the security of the parts facility and inventory - Provide recommendations as needed to build and maintain an exemplary quality part facility. - The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the company as needed. Qualifications: - Candidate must have 3-5 years' Automotive parts room experience. - Candidates must have a high school diploma, or equivalent. - Must have excellent communication skills. Bringing demonstrated abilities to build solid relationships with superiors, peers, and subordinates. - Must be computer literate with experience in operating fleet management information systems and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. - Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years - Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. It includes providing comprehensive management and oversight of all Federal and Defense Industrial Base license, services, and support renewal contracts and operations both internal to QSPSI and through our extensive distributor and reseller channel network Responsibilities · Deep expertise in establishing, negotiating, and executing multi-million-dollar Federal contracts. · In depth experience in working within an extended Federal distribution and reseller network to optimize efficient processing of contracts in support of corporate growth initiatives. · Work closely with our legal and deal desk teams to secure approvals for non-standard terms as needed. · Work closely with sales management to review and approve all quotes, RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s and associated T&C’s for release to federal distribution channel. · Review and approve all proof of end user sell through contracts from our distribution and reseller channels. · Reconcile Quest systems with QSPSI systems and records to validate accurate bookings and revenue data. · Develop specialized SKU, pricing, and packaging in support of unique government mission requirements. · Working directly with distributor, reseller, and federal contracting personnel to negotiate mutually acceptable contracting terms that expedite contract completion. · Updating pricing through in support of our distributors GSA schedule. · Participate in license verification and analysis when needed. · Managing our PSO administrator and all associated SOW’s and resultant contracts to effectively contract our services engagements. · Working closely with our QSPSI renewals team, ensure that we maintain an accurate accounting of all sub-contracts. · Complete Master Service Agreements with our federal sub-contractors. · Managing the booking approval process and routing of relevant documents through Docusign for executions as needed. · Work with cross-functional teams in defining, developing, and revising SaaS/cloud terms and conditions, contract templates, licensing models, partner and channel programs and related corporate policies, procedures and programs. · Completing all required reporting to meet all federal requirements.
