Role Description The Gender & Sexuality Therapy Center (G&STC) is currently accepting applications for fee-for-service psychotherapists with a strong preference for full-time positions (25 completed sessions per week). - Provides psychotherapy services to a caseload minimum of ~28-30 clients for full-time positions, including individuals, couples, partnerships with 3+ people, and families. - For part-time positions, provides psychotherapy services to a caseload minimum of ~18 clients. - Maintains case notes, logs, and all required documentation. - Provides group therapy, as needed. - Participates in weekly/biweekly individual supervision and weekly group clinical supervision available. - Assists in the creation and implementation of G&STC workshops, training, and seminars, as opportunities arise. - Engages in marketing tasks for self and G&STC, as needed/interested. Qualifications - Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC and be licensed in New York. - Resides in NY or NJ. - Commit to a minimum of 3 years with G&STC. - Education, training, and demonstrated success in implementing modalities such as CBT, IFS, mindfulness treatments, trauma-informed practices, somatic treatments, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills. - At least 1 year of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and providing psychotherapy. - At least 1 year of experience in providing individual, couples, multiple-partner relationships, and/or family therapy. - At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals. - At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy for sexual related issues such as sexual anxiety, sexual functioning, sexual pain, and compulsive sexual behaviors. - Must have a high level of competence with gender, sex, and sexuality. - Organized and able to submit progress notes and respond to emails in a timely manner, in accordance with G&STC policies. • Empower individuals to establish achievable, measurable goals while monitoring progress and fostering sustainable behavioral change. • Deliver specialized, platform-based behavioral healthcare to youth and young adults (ages 13–25). • Mental Health & wellness screening, assessment, and progress monitoring • Risk assessment and mitigation • Identify individual users who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing social, emotional, and/or behavioral difficulties • Identify and support a person in crisis and know when to facilitate referrals • Prevention, wellness promotion, and psychoeducation through structured coaching chats or therapy sessions • Care coordination & case management • Offering Behavioral Health/ Wellness Coaching interventions • Develop individualized care plans to effectively goal set and action plan for positive behavioral change • Optimize positive mental health by addressing determinants of positive mental health • Minimize mental health problems by addressing determinants of mental health problems • Work with users to determine their problem areas, identify obstacles, and create a plan to achieve their wellness goals • Moderation of service user-submitted content following policy and procedures • Review and moderate user-generated content submitted through the Kooth platform in accordance with company policies and guidelines. • Ensure that all content meets ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, particularly those relevant to mental health therapy. • Provide timely and constructive feedback to users on their submissions when appropriate. • Collaborate with other team members to address any content-related issues or concerns. • Engaging in an evidence- and data-informed approach to clinical care. • Participate in regular audits and commit to continuous improvement. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies. • Liaise with other professionals around safeguarding issues and concerns. • Support operational aspects of Kooth to ensure consistent, reliable, and repeatable experiences. • Performing all duties in line with relevant compliance, legal requirements and internal policies with particular reference to children, young people, and adult safeguarding and protection, and data protection legislation. • Communicate with other healthcare providers as appropriate to provide a seamless care experience. • Attend and effectively contribute to clinical supervision. • Commit to our mandatory in-house training and continuing professional development opportunities. • Attend and effectively contribute to both performance management and team meetings. • Attend required individual/group supervision sessions and other required meetings as identified by your team supervisor.

• Provides patient care modalities of evidence-based practices to best meet the clinical needs of the patients • Reviews and signs patient clinical Psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and consents as needed for the patient in a timely manner • Documents all services and patient activities appropriately • Conducts crisis intervention for the individual and family based on the individual’s safety plan • Participates in regular case planning with the involved Multidisciplinary Team

• Provides patient care modalities of evidence-based practices to best meet the clinical needs of the patients. • Review and signature of patient clinical Psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and consents as needed for the patient in a timely manner. • Documents all services and patient activities appropriately. • Conducts crisis intervention for the individual and family based on the individual’s safety plan. • Participates in regular case planning with the involved Multidisciplinary Team as new information is gathered. • Provides case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
