The Gender & Sexuality Therapy Center

Role Description The Gender & Sexuality Therapy Center (G&STC) is currently accepting applications for fee-for-service psychotherapists with a strong preference for full-time positions (25 completed sessions per week). - Provides psychotherapy services to a caseload minimum of ~28-30 clients for full-time positions, including individuals, couples, partnerships with 3+ people, and families. - For part-time positions, provides psychotherapy services to a caseload minimum of ~18 clients. - Maintains case notes, logs, and all required documentation. - Provides group therapy, as needed. - Participates in weekly/biweekly individual supervision and weekly group clinical supervision available. - Assists in the creation and implementation of G&STC workshops, training, and seminars, as opportunities arise. - Engages in marketing tasks for self and G&STC, as needed/interested. Qualifications - Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC and be licensed in New York. - Resides in NY or NJ. - Commit to a minimum of 3 years with G&STC. - Education, training, and demonstrated success in implementing modalities such as CBT, IFS, mindfulness treatments, trauma-informed practices, somatic treatments, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills. - At least 1 year of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and providing psychotherapy. - At least 1 year of experience in providing individual, couples, multiple-partner relationships, and/or family therapy. - At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals. - At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy for sexual related issues such as sexual anxiety, sexual functioning, sexual pain, and compulsive sexual behaviors. - Must have a high level of competence with gender, sex, and sexuality. - Organized and able to submit progress notes and respond to emails in a timely manner, in accordance with G&STC policies. Job Requirements

The Telehealth Billing agent follows departmental best practices while applying strong data-entry skills to ensure accurate and expedient processing of provider payments and client invoicing. This is a remote role. This role is part time, Monday - Friday working 20 hours per week.
