This position will encompass administrative support within the People Operations Team. This position will require an individual who is pro-active, savvy, professional and able to self-prioritize and deconflict their time while supporting separate but mutually supporting lines of effort. Human Resources Responsibilities: - This role requires the highest level of professionalism and discretion, as this role will have access to sensitive and confidential employee information and is expected to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. - Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires. - Lead and facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring a professional, engaging, and consistent experience. - Coordinate pre-employment documentation with new hires and ADP employee system setup. - Enter and audit new hire data in ADP, ensuring accuracy of demographics, job details, compensation, state tax setup, and direct deposit information. - Guide new employees through benefits enrollment in ADP and ensure timely and accurate transmission to carriers. - Continuously improve onboarding and orientation processes for efficiency and employee experience. HRIS / ADP Administration: - Maintain and audit employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Monitor payroll-related data including tax configurations, benefit deductions, and direct deposit. - Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with ADP support as needed. - Support ad hoc HR special projects and initiatives. Talent Acquisition Responsibilities: - Support the Talent Acquisition team recruiting top talent for positions in the Government Contracting Industry. - Administrative support responsibilities to support talent acquisition will include initial resume review and sorting, candidate resume preparation for submission to clients, job posting management, candidate tracking and reporting, candidate database management, and other TA administrative roles to be determined. - Successful candidates for this position will have some familiarity with the Government Contracting Industry and the unique challenges and requirements of recruiting within this sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and collaborate with internal team members. - The ideal candidate will be an agile self-starter with excellent time management and interpersonal skills who thrives in a highly dynamic and changing environment. TA and Recruitment Coordination: - By working with both HR and TA teams, helps to ensure strong communication is maintained between both groups. - Will and able to speak to HR and TA managers to advocate for how to best prioritize their workload between both groups. Recruitment Support Responsibilities: - Execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for government contracting positions, predominantly in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. - Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and job boards, to passively and actively identify, and engage with potential candidates. - Assist recruiters with resume review and submission to hiring managers. - Create new job postings in ADP and update them routinely. - Disposition candidates based on recruiter guidance. - Update trackers and quarterly report documents to quantify recruiting efforts. - Maintain internal recruiting communication boards. - Reformat selected candidate resumes for submission to clients. Qualifications - B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or Related Field - Experience using Project Management Software to manage multiple projects - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products - Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in human resources with some experience in talent acquisition - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications - Understanding of the Government Contracting and/or Architecture/Engineering/Construction industries and the unique requirements of recruiting within these industries - Knowledge of direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs and ZipRecruiter - Previous experience with HRIS (or similar software systems) - Previous experience with ATS (or similar software systems) Location - Mostly Remote, candidates are expected to live in the DC metro area to visit ISI work locations or local job fairs. - This position will require occasional in-office work and onsite, local recruiting event support.
