Role Description Performs wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices. Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries. - Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homes - Creates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflow - Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues - Communicates information to responsible parties - May train / provide guidance to less experienced team members - May assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent - 4+ years experience directly related experience - Needs proficiency in more complicated residential transactions - Broad experience with escrow transactions - Strong customer service skills - Problem solving skills - Strong organizational skills - Knowledge of MS Office suite - Excellent verbal/written communication skills - Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times - Strong detail orientation - Ability to analyze, compare, interpret and process data - Strong knowledge of company and/or client operating systems Requirements - Pay Range: $23.37 - $31.15 Hourly, Remote - This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
