Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Implementation Manager - 3PL to join our Warehousing & Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end projects related to the operational startup of contract logistics solutions, ensuring customer requirements are successfully translated into live operational facilities. You will join a dynamic Americas-based team focused on bridging the gap between solution design and operational excellence to deliver world-class logistics services. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: - Lead end-to-end project execution by developing detailed action plans and managing the full implementation lifecycle to ensure new logistics services are launched on time and within budget. - Collaborate with Solutions Design, IT, and Operations teams to translate customer requirements into viable operational solutions while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards by executing rigorous change control processes and identifying project risks to maintain financial and operational integrity. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: - 5+ years of experience in In Contract Logistics, 3rd Party Logistics Implementation. - Strong knowledge of contract logistics operations and a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams. - A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field (Project Management Professional certification is highly beneficial).
