• Designs and develops technical and/or non-technical solutions to moderate to complex business needs • Gathers, compiles and reviews information and data • Examines and evaluates existing systems and procedures • Identifies alternate courses of action, developing tools and/or improvements • Coordinates the development and implementation of new functionality • Assists with conversion and operational support planning activities • Manages training when applicable • Communicates and interacts with business and technical teams on problems, changes, and enhancements
Job Requirements
- Epic PB certification preferred
- Typically requires 5 years in IT or clinical environment with working on moderate to complex business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing and documentation
- Proficient in using EPIC and other applications, operating systems and databases
- Strong project management skills with ability to use project management software
- Proficient at specifying user requirements, interacting with technical, health care staff and vendors
- Must have an understanding of change management practices and procedures

Role Description The Environmental Policy & Compliance Analyst is responsible for analyzing the resource areas included in a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) report. This includes performing research and technical analyses for resource areas such as, but not limited to, land use, water resources, air resources, and socioeconomics.
