• Coletar, organizar e analisar dados de diversas fontes para extrair insights significativos que impulsionem a eficiência e a tomada de decisões estratégicas. • Utilizar ferramentas como Databricks e SQL Server para consultas e manipulação de dados, garantindo a qualidade e integridade das informações. • Operacionalizar e garantir a implementação da estratégia comercial, utilizando gestão de dados e análises como pilares essenciais. • Colaborar estreitamente com as áreas de negócios para entender suas necessidades e objetivos, fornecendo análises e insights para impulsionar as metas comerciais. • Participar ativamente na definição de estratégias de dados e na promoção de uma cultura de dados na empresa.
Job Requirements
- Formação superior em Engenharia, Ciências da Computação, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimentos em Databricks e SQL Server e extração de dados.
- Conhecimentos sólidos em Excel, com capacidade de realizar análises avançadas.
- Experiência em processos de vendas e familiaridade com métricas e KPIs comerciais.
- Familiaridade com plataformas de BI, como Power BI ou Tableau, para criação de relatórios e dashboards.
- Diferencial**
- Experiência prévia em empresas de tecnologia ou em posições analíticas, como BI, Inteligência de Dados, Operações de Vendas, entre outras.
- Conhecimentos em ferramentas de CRM, como Salesforce ou HubSpot.
- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum ou Kanban.
