Job Description We are seeking a motivated Data Analytics (Product) Consultant to support our analytics efforts and help drive product execution. This role focuses on performing data analysis, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that enable data informed decisions. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and product teams, contributing analytical support that influences product enhancements, customer experience improvements, and operational efficiency. Data Analytics & Insights - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. - Develop structured reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and product teams. - Conduct exploratory analysis to answer business questions and measure product performance. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to governance standards. - Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Product Team Collaboration - Partner with product managers, engineers, and business teams to support product decision making through analytics. - Contribute analysis that informs product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and experimentation. - Monitor product KPIs and provide insights to track performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Participate in product review sessions, sprint discussions, or analytics‑driven discovery work. Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills - Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. - Solid SQL skills for extracting, cleaning, and manipulating data. - Experience with Python or R for analysis, automation, or statistical exploration. - Understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL pipelines, and relational databases. - Familiarity with product analytics concepts (funnels, cohorts, experimentation, KPIs) is a plus. Soft Skills - Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities. - Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences. - Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. - Collaborative mindset with experience working with product teams or agile environments. - Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance appropriately. Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles. - Experience working with or supporting product teams strongly preferred. - Proven ability to deliver actionable insights that influence product or business outcomes.
