This role will provide technical development, system enhancements, and lifecycle support for the agency’s HRIS platform supporting HR, payroll, benefits administration, reporting, and employee self-service systems. The consultant will work closely with technical teams, HR functional stakeholders, and system administrators to design, develop, test, and implement system modifications driven by evolving business needs and federal legislative requirements. This role may be performed primarily remotely, with occasional onsite coordination as required by the agency.
