• Develop processes and applications on the ServiceNow platform that will provide operational benefit and efficiencies to further the strategies the Company • Design and develop workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies • Write functional requirements, develop test plans and address production issues • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of both new applications and application customizations • Perform system testing on production changes to ensure accuracy of processing prior to implementing changes in production environment • Design, Implement, Maintain performance measurement systems to monitor and analyze trends associated with ITSM processes and service performance to ensure overall compliance • Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and develop strategies for enhancing these processes in accordance with ITIL best practices and platform capabilities to enable continuous improvement • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform including Architecture, Development, Configuration and Platform Security
- Prior experience and/or understanding of Banking Processes and Workflow
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer required or obtained within 6 months.
- Firm understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules
- Expert knowledge of bank operations, technology, and their applications
- Knowledge and comprehension of JavaScript & HTML
- Familiar with modern JavaScript development tools such as Webpack and Babel
- Proficient in web front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
