Sr. ServiceNow Portfolio/Demand Analyst

This is a REMOTE position Responsibilities include: - Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and executive reports. - Deliver portfolio insights to PMO leadership and executive stakeholders. - Support the establishment and enforcement of PMO governance frameworks. Identify opportunities to improve demand intake and portfolio management processes. Develop and document standard operating procedures and portfolio workflows. Provide recommendations for improving project intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes. - Support the demand review meetings and portfolio governance discussions. - Ensure stakeholder alignment on portfolio priorities and investment decisions. - Assist PMO with portfolio prioritization and roadmap planning. Demand Management - Manage and maintain the ServiceNow Demand Management process including demand intake, evaluation, and prioritization. - Facilitate the demand lifecycle from submission through approval and project conversion. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture demand requirements and ensure proper documentation. - Support scoring models and prioritization frameworks to evaluate proposed initiatives. - Monitor and track demand pipelines to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Provide analysis on demand trends, backlog, and investment alignment. Portfolio Management - Support portfolio planning, governance, and investment oversight using ServiceNow SPM. - Maintain portfolio structures including: - Programs - Projects - Strategic initiatives - Investment categories - Provide portfolio-level analysis including: - Portfolio health \ - Investment performance - Strategic alignment - Portfolio capacity Required Qualifications: - US Citizen eligible for DoD Secret Clearance - 8+ years of experience in project portfolio management, demand management, or PMO operations. - 6+ years of experience working with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules. - Experience supporting demand intake, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio governance processes. - Strong understanding of portfolio management, project lifecycle management, and investment planning. - Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) certification. - Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
