Senior Cybersecurity Engineer Start Date: April 27, 2026 Place of Performance: Remote within the DC Metro Area Responsibilities: - Develop, implement and sustain an Authority to Operate (ATO) on the ServiceNow Enterprise Platform within a DOD information system-level enterprise. - Follow DOD standards, policies and procedures, methods, and techniques to maintain the security posture within the environment. - Provide continuing cybersecurity policy guidance and oversight to Services Development capability providers. - Maintains status and monitors progress of the capability provider’s accreditation program and assessment and authorization (A+A) to include but not limited to artifact documentation, and currency of the ATO. - Assists client capability providers with the risk analysis and management by monitoring capabilities for Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance. Position: Senior Database Engineer Start Date: April 3, 2025 Clearance: Unclassified, eligible for DoD SECRET Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (excluding Government Holidays) Place of Performance: Remote Years of Experience: 8+ Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field Overview The candidate will support Oracle data transformation and migration services to transfer historical order, customer, and reference data from a production clone of the environment. Responsibilities include exporting data from the cloned environment and importing it into the new environment. Specific Duties - Perform data transformation to align with DMP requirements, including but not limited to: - Editing queries to meet size limits and specific formatting requirements. - Creating Materialized Views (MVs) to support the migration effort. - Editing and executing external scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to process, parse, and transform loader (.ldr) exports into XML (Base64-encoded attachments) before transferring data from Out-of-Band (OOB) sources. - Developing queries to meet import requirements. - Optimizing queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing. - Leveraging manual or automated processes to export data from the cloned environment and import it into production. - Validate import formats for various data types, including but not limited to: - JSON and XML formats. - Ensure data transformation and export meet required formats, including but not limited to: - Transforming columns into XML rows within SQL execution. - Using external PowerShell scripts to convert loader exports into XML. This is a REMOTE position Key Responsibilities: - Manage and Configure Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and SPM within ServiceNow - Support the implementation of portfolio prioritization frameworks and project management processes. - Develop, maintain, and update project schedules within ServiceNow SPM / PPM. Define and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, tasks, etc.. - Assist PMO team in planning project phases and aligning schedules with portfolio priorities. - Monitor schedule changes and update project plans accordingly. - Implement best practices for project lifecycle management. - Support configuration and use of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules. - Maintain project records, tasks, and milestones within the ServiceNow platform. - Ensure scheduling data is accurate and aligned with organizational project governance standards. - Generate reports and dashboards to support project health tracking and portfolio oversight. Required Qualifications: - US Citizen eligible for DoD Secret Clearance - 5-7 years of overall ServiceNow experience providing strategic portfolio and project management support. - Expertise in ServiceNow SPM and PPM modules. - Excellent Oral and Written skills. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow SPM / PPM certification. - Knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
