Directly manage object relationships, field integrity, and sharing architectures to ensure data security and reporting accuracy. • Partner with department heads (Sales, Marketing, Ops) to conduct deep-dive discovery sessions, uncovering the 'why' behind requests to build better 'hows'. • Execute connections between Salesforce and third-party tools (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation), ensuring seamless data flow across the tech stack. • Act as the primary gatekeeper for the production environment, managing the deployment pipeline (DevOps), sandboxes, and release management.

- Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation, ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagrams), and process maps.
- Expert-level proficiency in Flow Builder, including an understanding of bulkification, governor limits, and error handling.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model (OWDs, Role Hierarchy, Permission Set Groups, and Sharing Rules).
- Strong ability to build advanced reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- A preference for being 'in the weeds' of the platform, with a strong desire to build and troubleshoot rather than manage a team of developers or admins.
- Experience working within a startup or high-growth software organization, with the ability to adapt systems and processes as the business rapidly scales.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Required); Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Strategy Designer (Preferred).
- Experience with CPQ, Field Service, or Experience Cloud is a major plus.
- Familiarity with Apex and LWC (ability to read/debug code, even if not writing it daily).
