Your Role We’re seeking a Senior Finance Lead to support financial operations for one of our fast-growing clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive both execution and process improvement. You will work closely with the client’s leadership and existing finance team to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and improve systems across invoicing, payments, payroll, and forecasting. This role supports the client’s Finance Lead and does not replace them. Beyond finance, you will also support team coordination, maintain documentation, and contribute to special projects and system improvements. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy. This is a full-time remote position with the potential for growth for high performers. Candidates must be available during Eastern Time business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday). Key Responsibilities - Own and manage the full month-end close process, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial records - Perform regular account reconciliations (bank, credit card, and balance sheet) to maintain clean and reliable financial data - Manage AP/AR workflows using Bill.com and Tipalti, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, approvals, and payments - Maintain and ensure accuracy of financial data within QuickBooks, including proper categorization and record-keeping - Oversee payroll and expense management processes through Rippling or similar platforms - Review, audit, and validate financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies - Monitor cash flow and proactively flag inconsistencies, risks, or areas for improvement - Identify and implement automation opportunities across financial workflows and reporting Process Improvement, Projects & Operational Support - Identify and implement improvements across bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting workflows, including automation initiatives - Support system implementations, migrations, and software transitions - Clean up historical financial data and improve reporting accuracy - Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for financial processes - Support team accountability and assist with cross-functional or operational initiatives Compliance & Controls - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls - Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors

Qualifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) — required - 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional setting - Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools - Experience with Flow Builder and declarative automation (Process Builder knowledge a plus) - Proficiency with standard reporting and dashboard creation - Comfortable working in a multi-client or agency environment - Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders - High attention to detail and strong organisational habits Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification - Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or Field Service Lightning - Familiarity with data tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or Dataloader.io - Previous experience in a managed services or consulting firm - Experience with HubSpot CRM administration is a nice-to-have
