This role supports the Field and Project Management team in managing all aspects of field operations for large-scale multifamily projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Responsibilities: ⢠Oversee daily jobsite operations for assigned trades and project areas ⢠Coordinate subcontractor work across trades such as framing, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, masonry, earthwork, painting, and landscaping ⢠Maintain project schedule, prepare 2- and 4-week lookahead plans, and track progress ⢠Conduct inspections, prepare punch lists, and ensure quality completion before sign-off ⢠Enforce company safety policies and lead safety walks with inspectors ⢠Schedule and manage deliveries, dumpster hauling, and temporary facilities ⢠Facilitate city and third-party inspections, including ADA/FHA compliance reviews ⢠Assist in resolving subcontractor issues and maintaining accurate project documentation Qualifications: ⢠High school diploma required; Bachelorâs degree in construction or related field preferred ⢠5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in multifamily projects ⢠Strong knowledge of multifamily construction procedures, quality control, and scheduling practices ⢠Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite ⢠Skilled in managing multiple trades, subcontractors, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Interested in hearing more?
