Deal Desk Analyst
Honeywell
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives on deal structures, pricing logic, and approvals. • Assist in designing quotes that balance customer needs with company profitability. • Review and approve non-standard quotes and order forms, ensuring compliance with internal policies. • Act as the day-to-day administrator for Nue.io CPQ. • Facilitate the deal review process by coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Product stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ applications (Nue.io, Salesforce CPQ, or similar).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for deal modeling.
- Solid understanding of subscription pricing models, SaaS contracting terms, and basic revenue recognition principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex rules to sales teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
