• Lead the development and expansion of the Swiss market, focusing on long-term growth opportunities • Act as the primary in-country representative to customers and patients • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders • Grow the business within new and existing accounts, to meet or exceed revenue goals and objectives • Provide an exceptional customer experience, with patient outcomes held in the highest regard • Provide intelligence and insights to European leadership, including competitor activity, customer needs, and adoption barriers • Collaborate closely with regional and European teams to align local initiatives with broader commercial strategies • Act as a key liaison between Swiss stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination • Recognise and understand competitive products, their features, and strengths in relation to Saluda’s products • Support and coordinate educational and promotional activities, including clinical training, workshops, and events • Provides clinical and technical support to clinical teams during surgeries, implants, and follow‑up visits • Train and educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by delivering high-impact presentations and demonstrations using appropriate formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals, etc) to keep customers abreast of new and existing products • Attend physician education conferences and events • Maintain a strong understanding of clinical practices, patient pathways, and therapy outcomes • Document interactions, activities, and insights in line with compliance and reporting requirements • Contribute to strategic planning and development initiatives as the market evolves • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in implantable medical devices
- SCS experience and/or patient interaction experience
- Demonstrated success in previous sales role, indicating a high level of sales performance
- Analytical skills, including statistical analysis preferable
- PC skills necessary (MS Office/Excel) and experience with sales force automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and a relevant Swiss national language
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
