Apply today and let’s do great things together! Job Description The primary role of the CSR will be to create sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team. This will be accomplished by answering inbound calls to Longbridge Financial from customers wanting to obtain information about the reverse mortgage program and by initiating outbound calls to potential customers. The agent should be prepared to make 100+ dials per day. They will also be expected to meet business defined metrics of production. Required Skill Set: - Answer incoming calls - Initiate outbound calls - Create interest in reverse mortgage program - Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) scripted - Transfer interested and qualified customer to sales team - Create appointments for follow up - Mail information packets to customers - Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction Qualifications Required Experience: - Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and Soft phone - Customer service background - Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product - Mortgage industry knowledge - Bilingual a plus - Organized, performance driven - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Training will be held in the Houston office.
