Position Overview: The Sales Administrator is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who supports the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Client Officer in driving operational excellence across sales and client functions within a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role serves as a central hub for sales operations, reporting, project management (Asana), contract lifecycle management (CLM) coordination, and marketing campaign support. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, ensuring directors remain focused on revenue growth and client success while maintaining accurate reporting, streamlined workflows, and scalable operational systems. Duties and Responsibilities - Provide direct operational and administrative support to the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Client Officer - Support Sales Team in managing pipelines, task tracking, and execution workflows - Maintain and optimize project management systems (Asana) to ensure visibility and accountability - Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports - Track KPIs, revenue forecasts, and key client metrics for executive review - Assist in managing and improving Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes - Track contract renewals, amendments, and compliance deadlines - Coordinate contract workflows between sales, legal, and client teams - Support execution and tracking of marketing campaigns aligned to sales initiatives - Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and lead flow management - Document processes and create SOPs to improve operational consistency - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales and client operations efficiency Requirements Qualifications / Requirements - 3+ years of experience in sales administration, revenue operations, or executive support, preferably within a SaaS company - Strong experience with Asana or similar project management tools - Experience supporting sales reporting and pipeline tracking - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems preferred - Experience coordinating marketing campaigns is a plus - Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision - Excellent written and verbal communication skills The Successful Candidate Will Also Possess the Following Characteristics - Highly organized and process-driven - Analytical and data-oriented - Proactive problem solver - Strong cross-functional communicator - Comfortable working with executive leadership - Self-motivated and effective in a remote environment
