Job Description

Technical Resource Support Administrator

SOLV Energy

• Help with necessary tasks required for SOLV Energy’s Technical Resource Team and SOLV Energy’s work order and ticket management system. • Onboard, rework, and offboard facilities within SOLV Energy’s work order and ticket management system including applicable meta-data, locations, equipment, spare parts inventory, and preventative maintenance schedule details. • Create, manage, and archive preventative maintenance schedules as it pertains to business applications or contract requirements. • Provide Tier 1 Support for any platform related support requests and questions through SOLV Energy’s Ticketing system.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience within an IT or related organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years of PV solar industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
  • Experience using task management tools including but not limited to; MS Teams, Smartsheet, or others.

Role Description The Utilization Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting clinical, management, and client activities, comprising the UM Program.
