Job Description Summary The Regional Configuration Management Analyst (CMA) is responsible for collecting, understanding, creating, and maintaining regional product offerings. The Ultrasound business is currently seeking a solution oriented CMA to play a key role in driving the next generation of Regional commercial CPQ (Configure/Price/Quote) implementation and maintenance. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities - Assist regional modeling for all Ultrasound products and offerings aligning the CPQ strategy for all USA Region - Work with cross-functional global and regional team members to adopt and enable regionally the global product offerings, guided selling & configuration rules, offering changes, including managing change processes and synchronized implementation in IT platforms. - Work horizontally with Ultrasound, Services & Healthcare Financial Services to develop, evaluate and launch new region-specific commercial offerings (i.e. subscription models). - Assist setup/load/maintain technical, regulatory, and commercial rules and guidance in our quoting tool for offering identifiers and offering items and validating all of them prior to release for use by sales for both subscription and non-subscription offerings. - Create regional product part numbers, offering item creation and change requests in accordance with product engineering documents and orchestrated change process requirements. - Setup/load/maintain pricing for offering items in the USA Pricelist. - Assist in the quoting configuration aspects phase-in/out configuration orchestration. - Create and maintain regional product specific PPD (Product pricing details) records in Apttus. - Manage/Implement Segment specific special access requests. - Assist Regional Product Managers in answering quoting/Product questions from Sales. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or related field equivalent (defined as a High School Diploma/GED and 3-5 years relevant work experience). - Minimum of 2 years of experience and demonstrated aptitude as a project team member in a commercial, technical, or operations environment. - Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating cross-functional project team members. Desired Characteristics - Strong working knowledge of the English language (oral and written). - 2+ years of previous work experience with GE Healthcare commercial & IT processes. - Demonstrated technical skills with the ability to comprehend new computer-based tools/applications quickly. - Previous experience working with one or more of the following: IT Platforms for Product Data Management (PDM), Commercial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Process Management (BPM) and Inquiry to Order (ITO) platforms (such as: GPM, Support Central, Salesforce, Apttus, Siebel, etc.). - Demonstrated willingness to learn and operationalize new processes, as well as navigate unfamiliar situations. - Demonstrated success working collaboratively with global and cross-functional team members. - Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a global and functional level. - Demonstrated experience with global product lifecycle management. - 1+ year of experience working in a regulated business (such as: FDA, ISO, etc.). - Self-starter, energizing, results and detail oriented, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. - Demonstrated ability to drive project design plans to completion. - Awareness of and compliance with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. - Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. - Establish a commitment to quality and communicate the importance of meeting statutory, regulatory and customer requirements. • Own the technical enablement strategy for an assigned portfolio of channel partners • Develop partner SEs and architects so they can independently run technical discovery • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner CTOs, technical directors, and practice leads • Influence partner technical strategy • Partner with Channel Account Managers to plan and deliver high-impact enablement activities • Assess partner technical maturity across the NetApp portfolio • Track enablement KPIs such as partner certification attainment • Educate partners on how NetApp fits within their broader technology portfolio • Support technical whiteboarding, architecture discussions, and solution scoping with partner teams • Keep partners current on new product releases • Align closely with Channel Account Managers, field SEs, and regional sales leadership • Provide structured feedback to product, marketing, and channel program teams

• Build and deploy edge-native software components for decentralized operation, sensing, and control • Develop federated data pipelines that allow distributed nodes to collaborate securely without central coordination • Integrate field data sources (SCADA, PMUs, DER controllers) and IoT protocols/networks (LoRa, MQTT, DNP3, Modbus) • Support experimentation and prototyping in simulation environments and customer’s test sites • Contribute to the design of federated data and learning frameworks that connect distributed edge systems securely and reliably • Contribute to engineer fault-tolerant data synchronization and concurrency control across distributed edge environments • Collaborate with systems and data engineers to close the loop between simulation and live operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities, federated control frameworks, and digital twins into next-generation grid platforms • Work closely with data scientists, control engineers, infrastructure specialists and Customers, to integrate software with physical grid systems

• Demonstrate accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and technical accuracy of assigned tasks • Provide technical guidance and leadership, develop talent through mentorship • Act as the point-of-contact between your engineering team and both internal and external customers • Lead I&C System design and development from conceptual through preliminary and detailed design • Collaborate with other disciplines to define and achieve functional, performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) targets • Perform, lead, or manage design and related technical scope for hand-off to internal or external suppliers • Develop, perform, and review system and integration test plans, procedures, and reports
