Job Description

Senior Product Designer

Motion

About Motion Motion is building the first end-to-end agentic work suite for everyday businesses. Unlike point solutions or bolt-on tools, Motion was built from the ground up with AI agents at the core. Our platform already powers project management, documents, sheets, calendars, meetings, knowledge, and communication — and now we’re layering in AI Employees that can autonomously execute work across all of it. What makes us different is that our agents are natively embedded in the platform. They’re not integrations, and they’re not copilots that just suggest things — they actually complete work with full access to data, context, and workflows. In just three months, AI Employees have grown from $0 to eight-figure ARR, and we’re only getting started. With backing from YC and Sam Altman, a $500M+ valuation, and hundreds of thousands of users, we’re well positioned to lead. Now we’re building agents that work with extreme accuracy and unlock an order-of-magnitude boost in productivity. Motion is intense, fast, and not for everyone. We're a great place to focus, learn, and accelerate your career. If you want to work with top talent, push yourself harder than you thought possible, and help redefine how AI gets deployed in the real world, then you’ll thrive here. About the Role We're looking for a Product Designer who blurs the line between design and engineering — someone who doesn't just hand off specs, but owns the end result. You'll be embedded in a product vertical, working closely with the vertical owner to go from idea to shipped, beautiful, functional UI with minimal friction. You identify as a designer first. You obsess over the user experience. You don't start from technical constraints — you start from "what should this feel like?" and work backwards. What You'll Do - Own the design and front-end implementation of your vertical's user-facing product - Translate product requirements into polished, high-quality UI — end to end - Iterate quickly using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Codex, Lovable) to bring your designs to life without bottlenecking on engineering - Drive design decisions with a strong point of view on taste, UX, and visual quality - Collaborate with engineers when integration is needed, knowing when to ask for help and when to just build it What We're Looking For - You identify primarily as a designer, but you've spent at least a year writing code — enough to have intuition for what's easy vs. hard to build - A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional taste — not just clean layouts, but evidence that you think deeply about the user's experience - Comfort with AI-assisted development tools; you use them naturally and creatively, not as a crutch - High ownership: you drive your work to completion without needing to be managed closely - You start every problem from the user experience, not from technical limitations Really Nice to Have - Experience using Lovable, Codex, Claude code, or similar coding platforms - Front-end knowledge (CSS, JavaScript basics) sufficient to understand implementation tradeoffs - Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments Compensation & Eligibility - Location: North America & Canada (remote) - Compensation: $180k-$225k base salary, plus equity compensation Motion is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is treated with respect and given equal opportunities. We do not discriminate based on gender identity, race, ancestry, disability, religion, sexual orientation, pregnancy status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We welcome and encourage all qualified candidates to apply for our job openings. Helpful Links: How Motion Operates Motion Company Culture https://www.usemotion.com

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior UX Design Strategist who operates upstream of production—someone who thrives in ambiguity, frames complex problem spaces, and translates research, analytics, and business inputs into clear strategic direction. This role is not primarily about executing creative briefs or Epics, nor refining UI components. It is about shaping the long-term direction of the digital pharmacy experience by synthesizing insight into structured opportunity spaces and guiding product strategy through systems-level thinking. You will partner closely with Product, Research, BI, and Strategy to define north-star principles, identify high-leverage opportunities, and create artifacts that accelerate organizational clarity and alignment. This role will report to the Lead, UX Strategy. What You'll Do Strategic Framing & Opportunity Architecture - Lead discovery efforts that synthesize quantitative analytics, qualitative research, VoC insights, and business objectives into cohesive strategic narratives. - Define opportunity areas and experience principles that influence roadmap prioritization. - Create structured frameworks, journey models, and ecosystem maps that bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problem spaces. - Translate current-state complexity into prioritized future-state direction. Cross-Functional Influence - Partner with Product Managers, Researchers, BI teams, and Design peers to align around shared definitions of customer needs and business opportunity. - Facilitate collaborative working sessions that elevate thinking and uncover root causes. - Present synthesis, trade-offs, and recommendations to leadership in clear, compelling formats. Concept Development & Validation - Develop information architecture, experience flows, and conceptual prototypes that communicate strategic direction. - Define research criteria and collaborate in validation efforts to test and refine experience concepts. - Ensure strategic proposals are grounded in user insight, operational feasibility, and business constraints. AI-Enabled Design Practice - Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, pattern identification, opportunity modeling, and prototyping. - Use AI as a cognitive amplifier while applying strong judgment to distinguish signal from noise. - Explore emerging AI-enabled design workflows that enhance strategic clarity and speed. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in UX, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or Experience Strategy. - Ability to move from research and data to structured opportunity definition. - Strong systems thinking and comfort operating in ambiguity. - Proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and shaping digital product direction. - Experience translating user research into strategic recommendations. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly—visually, verbally, and in structured artifacts. - A portfolio demonstrating strategic framing, synthesis artifacts, and concept development (not limited to production UI execution). Preferred Strengths - Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other complex regulated environments. - Experience collaborating closely with BI and analytics teams. - Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops or strategic alignment sessions. - Experience incorporating AI-assisted tools into research, synthesis, or prototyping workflows. - Ability to independently define problem spaces and propose structured approaches with minimal direction. Why This Role Is Different You will have the opportunity to shape the long-term direction of the digital pharmacy experience—not simply execute against a backlog. Your work will influence roadmap decisions, clarify opportunity areas, and serve as a foundation for product strategy. This role is ideal for designers who: - Think in systems, not screens. - Frame problems before solving them. - Enjoy connecting dots across research, analytics, and business constraints. - Want to influence roadmap direction, not just production output. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Architecture, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or Experience Strategist working across web and/or native mobile platforms. - Demonstrated ability to translate research, analytics, and business objectives into structured experience strategies and design direction. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and contemporary design systems. - Proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience defining research criteria, participating in or leading user research efforts, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. - Experience developing conceptual prototypes and communicating experience direction effectively using Figma and Lucid. - Ability to identify problems and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. - A portfolio demonstrating strategic framing and end-to-end experience thinking. - Passion for improving consumer experiences within a large ecosystem. Additional Information - Location: Remote (EST or CST working hours preferred). - Minimal travel required. - Humana and its subsidiaries require associates working outside of their home to comply with company vaccination and health policies in accordance with current guidelines. #LI-157966401_KT1 Use your skills to make an impact Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
