• Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP ecosystem • Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields • Ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity across all NetSuite modules • Design and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports to support finance, operations, and leadership teams • Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, and product teams to gather and document business requirements • Manage and support integrations between NetSuite and external platforms including Workato, Orderful, Propel, and Akeneo • Support ERP processes related to big box retailers, EDI transactions, and marketplace operations • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automate manual processes, and enhance operational workflows • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practices • Support internal teams with training, troubleshooting, and system adoption

Delivery & Observability** - **Bypassing Overhead:** You hate "Meeting Theater." Qualifications: - Work location: Reston, VA - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, - or related field and 4+ years of experience servicing medical equipment; - OR equivalent military education and 4+ years of experience servicing medical equipment; - OR High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of experience servicing medical equipment. - Proficiency in completing electronic documentation using technological tools (e.g., Ipad, Iphone) and familiar with technological programs (e.g., Microsoft Office). - Experience developing and maintaining good customer relations at all levels (e.g., nurses, doctors, leadership). - Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution - based service process. - Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner. - Ability to work independently and as a team to implement solutions through problem solving. - The successful applicant must comply with GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test. - In addition, during employment, the employee must comply with all customer access policies, including but not limited to obtaining and/or providing proof of required immunizations, and additional drug tests or background checks (including a federal government background check if assigned to support a contract with the federal government).
