This is a remote position. Math Specialist – Part-Time Position No papers to grade. Bathroom breaks at will. Skip the drama and do all your favorite parts of teaching! We're seeking to hire experienced elementary and secondary teachers for part-time opportunities here at Made for Math. These are long-term positions for a growing company, we are not looking for contract or summer-only workers! ABOUT: Made for Math™ is an all-online math intervention service for families with students that have dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and autism. We are dedicated to getting our students results and know that the work we do is life-changing for our students. You'll know this is the right position for you if: - You're a research and pedagogy nerd. - You like the idea of learning new software, as well as jumping in and finding answers independently. - You want to learn the structured and systematic math method to help students reach their highest potential. - You love to solve the puzzle of a student who doesn't learn like anyone else. - When reading this list you thought of it as a checklist to cross off and that made you happy. Here is what your work will look like: - Meet with students in 25 to 55-minute sessions weekly - Work primarily in the morning (Hours are Monday-Friday from 7 AM - 12 PM Eastern Time and attend a weekly work meeting Mondays at 4 PM Eastern Time) - Assess student’s starting point using our game-centered assessment - Curate lesson plans tailored to your students - Track student progress and email parents to communicate progress - Attend team meetings (Mondays at 4 pm Eastern Time and other times as arranged) This is a W-2 position. We will pay you as you train and learn our systematic and structured Math ways! Pay is $22.50 per hour. Although this is a remote, work-from-home job, we only hire in these states: Arizona, Florida, Idaho, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington. This role serves as the architectural authority for SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP platforms, ensuring that all designs, configurations, developments, and integrations align with Trulieve IT standards, security requirements, and enterprise architecture principles. While this role may occasionally perform configuration or support activities, its primary focus is on design review, impact analysis, technology planning, and architectural oversight across the HR technology landscape. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Governance - Serve as the architectural authority for HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management systems. - Review, validate, and formally sign off on all design and development documentation to ensure compliance with Trulieve IT standards, security requirements, and best practices. - Evaluate proposed system changes to identify downstream, cross-module, and cross-system impacts. - Ensure risks and negative impacts are identified early and mitigated through appropriate design decisions. - Establish and maintain architectural standards and patterns for HR technology solutions. Solution Evaluation & Impact Analysis - Partner with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate requested system changes and enhancements. - Assess functional, technical, integration, security, and performance impacts of proposed designs. - Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to technical analysts, managers, and vendors. - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term platform strategy.
