This role serves as the architectural authority for SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP platforms, ensuring that all designs, configurations, developments, and integrations align with Trulieve IT standards, security requirements, and enterprise architecture principles. While this role may occasionally perform configuration or support activities, its primary focus is on design review, impact analysis, technology planning, and architectural oversight across the HR technology landscape. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Governance - Serve as the architectural authority for HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management systems. - Review, validate, and formally sign off on all design and development documentation to ensure compliance with Trulieve IT standards, security requirements, and best practices. - Evaluate proposed system changes to identify downstream, cross-module, and cross-system impacts. - Ensure risks and negative impacts are identified early and mitigated through appropriate design decisions. - Establish and maintain architectural standards and patterns for HR technology solutions. Solution Evaluation & Impact Analysis - Partner with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate requested system changes and enhancements. - Assess functional, technical, integration, security, and performance impacts of proposed designs. - Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to technical analysts, managers, and vendors. - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term platform strategy. Technology Planning & Innovation - Plan and support the implementation of new SAP technologies and capabilities relevant to HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management. - Evaluate SAP roadmaps and releases to identify opportunities and risks for the HR technology landscape. - Support modernization initiatives and platform evolution aligned with enterprise architecture direction. Platform & Integration Coordination - Coordinate with other IT teams and vendors to design and leverage underlying SAP platforms, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). - Ensure integrations support reliable data flow between HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and downstream systems. System Landscape & Documentation - Maintain authoritative documentation for the SuccessFactors and HR system landscape, including: - System environments and versions - Integrations and data flows - Interface dependencies - Credentials, connectivity, and access considerations - Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and accessible to IT and support teams. System Administration & Operational Support - Perform and oversee basic system administration activities as needed, including: - System upgrades and releases - Environment refreshes - Non-production user account management - Provide architectural support for production issues, root-cause analysis, and complex incidents. - Collaborate with support teams to ensure operational stability and supportability - Collaboration & Leadership - Work closely with HR IT management, technical analysts, security, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams. - Provide guidance and mentorship to technical resources on architectural principles and best practices. - Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on HR technology design decisions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Extensive experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise HR technology platforms. - Strong understanding of system architecture, integration design, and enterprise IT standards. - Experience reviewing and approving technical designs, documentation, and solution architectures. - Hands-on familiarity with SAP platforms such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP CPI. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex, interconnected system impacts. - Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Architecture, or related certifications are preferred.
