Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance.
- Experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SQL, SAS) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with pricing methodologies and techniques.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A day in the life (Responsibilities) - Build and own pricing systems end-to-end, from problem definition and strategy through experimentation, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization - Design and run growth experiments (tests, cohorts, pilots) to rapidly learn what drives win-rates, retention, and profitability—and scale what works - Create clear, data-driven crawl / walk / run roadmaps that deliver near-term impact while building toward scalable, long-term pricing infrastructure - Lead initiatives through their full lifecycle, from scrappy early pilots to operationalized, automated programs embedded in sales and product workflows - Drive measurable commercial outcomes, including pricing realization, discount discipline, promotions effectiveness, competitive positioning, and long-term margin health - Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Competitive Intelligence to ship solutions, not just align on plans - Apply AI-first strategies to pricing decision support, automation, insights, and tooling—improving speed, consistency, and decision quality - Build and improve systems, tools, and reporting that enable frontline teams to execute pricing confidently at scale - Operate with agility and ownership—rolling up your sleeves, adapting quickly as priorities evolve, and holding yourself accountable for results What you'll need to thrive (Requirements) - 10+ years of experience with the following items below - Cross Functional Project Management: Pricing is a highly cross-functional role. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. Role Description The Enterprise Pricing Analyst will help drive growth and fulfill the needs of our business by participating in the presales process with a focus on large “Enterprise” clients. About This Job The main purpose of this job is to sustain focus on overall Risk Management for the Real Estate Lending Product line. This includes performing periodic testing and reviewing real estate secured loan files as required by regulation, secondary market, and Commerce Bank Mortgage to ensure ongoing compliance and reporting. Essential Functions - Assist with performing monthly quality control reviews and rechecks of originated Conventional, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Farmers Home Administration (USDA), and Veteran Affair (VA) loans, as needed, for compliance to investor guidelines, regulatory compliance requirements, and bank lending policy and procedures. - Assist with performing monthly quality control of serviced Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans as needed, for compliance to investor guidelines, regulatory compliance requirements, and bank lending policy and procedures - Assist with documenting quality control reviews by completing checklists to determine if the applicable investor requirements were met and/or retaining similar documentation from an outside source if utilized to perform QC reviews - Assist with recalculating monthly income and debt, income to debt ratios, loan-to-value ratios, and verify the borrower had enough funds to close with appropriate reserves on a minimum of conventional loan types - Assist with supporting and sustaining Commerce Bank Mortgage’s first line of defense program - Assist with reviewing critical loan data for accuracy of input and compliance/cross reference documentation with information entered into the Loan Origination System to confirm accuracy and that an adequate internal control structure is in place and sustained - Assist with compiling results, follow up on resolution of findings, and summarize for drafting management reports.
