Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Minimum 10 years in Technical Program Management roles, with 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs. - Experience delivering cloud-native, distributed systems at scale. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), system architecture, and platform engineering. - Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority. - Data-driven with strong analytical, problem-solving, and business recommendation skills. - Experience establishing and executing ePMO or VMO processes. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and leading multi-workstream software delivery efforts. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations. - Financial industry experience and top-tier management consulting background preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project tracking software (e.g., JIRA).
