To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai You will... - Act as the primary solutions engineer for prospective enterprise partners [Shipper + Fleets], guiding them through the operational transformation of adopting AV trucks. - Contribute to securing long term partners that will be a cornerstone of Waabi’s initial commercial efforts. - Apply deep analytical skills to customer data, ensuring our solutions align with their existing logistics and operational constraints. - Design custom network analyses and redesign proposals that illustrate how AV capacity can optimize customers supply chains in both a current and future state. - Build detailed ROI models that quantify the value of autonomy for the customers specific use cases. - Develop and maintain credibility and trust with customer stakeholders by demonstrating deep knowledge of their supply chain dynamics. - Participate and share ideas internally to redefine our GTM approach based on real-time feedback from customer engagements. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics & ideally 3+ years working as a shipper. - 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Management Consulting or Pre-Sales Engineering. - Bachelors required, MS Supply Chain preferred. - Solid understanding in end-to-end supply chain mechanics, logistics network design and enterprise software integration. - Ability to rapidly analyze complex customer datasets to identify inefficiencies and use cases of autonomous deployment. - Solid problem solving skills using advanced analytical tools - Excel, Tableau, Python or supply chain modeling software to manufacture and defend ROI models. - Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others. - Excellent customer-facing communication skills with the ability to present to C-Suite executives. - Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions. Bonus/nice to have: - Past experience in a hyper growth organizational environment. - Experience working with autonomous truck partners. The US yearly salary range for this role is: $125,000 - $175,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi US Inc.’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus. • Apply deep automotive retail and financial services domain expertise, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of vehicle desking, menu selling, lending and financing processes, and integration with third-party systems including F&I, Credit, and external DMS. Experience with service, parts, and repair (Fixed Operations) processes is a strong plus. • Serve as a critical business translator between OEM partners and Tekion’s product/engineering teams. Capture complex OEM business needs—such as dealer enrollment, Dealer Portal SSO, OEM accessory ingestion, or secure checkout—and convert them into actionable technical specifications and robust solution designs. • Lead strategic technical scoping and estimation for new and evolving projects. Define key requirements, identify potential solutions, estimate effort and timelines, and proactively address technical challenges like SSO provisioning or data flows. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and tightly integrated digital retail experiences—focusing on advanced concepts like digital lending, forms, document handling, and high-trust integrations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM, dealership, and technology stakeholders. Drive successful integrations and serve as the technical point of contact during solution design, implementation, and ongoing collaboration. • Demonstrate hands-on technical proficiency, including calling APIs with tools such as Postman, developing architectural documentation (BRDs, PRDs, API specs), and ensuring project materials are organized and up-to-date in Confluence and integrated project systems such as Jira. • Communicate platform capabilities, solutions, and technical details clearly and effectively to all audiences, including executive-level stakeholders, internal team members, and external partners. • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, negotiate technical details, and manage alignment and expectations across all parties involved. • Travel between 25 to 50 percent to engage with clients, participate in onsite workshops, lead strategy sessions, and support implementations.
