Position Overview: The Reservations & Guest Support Specialist provides client-facing and administrative support related to reservations, scheduling, and guest inquiries. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with confirmations and updates, and ensuring timely, professional communication throughout the coordination process. This position is well-suited for individuals who are organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
