**Allgemeine Stellenbeschreibung:** Als Sales Manager im Vertrieb betreuen Sie die Beziehungen zu unseren wichtigsten Kunden in einer festgelegten Region Deutschlands und Österreich. • Collaborate closely with functional teams to design innovative toilet solutions for healthcare facilities. • Transform concept visuals into detailed designs, progressing from prototypes to final production-ready models. • Produce accurate and detailed 3D models using SolidWorks, generating drawings for manufacturing, prototyping, and marketing renders. • Utilize 3D printing and other prototyping methods to develop and test design concepts (knowledge of these technologies is useful but not essential). • Ensure designs meet functional, ergonomic, and regulatory requirements. • Liaise with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve any production or design issues. • Drive key new product projects forward within given target dates and budgets. • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

About the role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Product Design Engineer to support the design of innovative healthcare toilets for the US market. You will be responsible for transforming concepts into functional, production-ready designs, ensuring high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing solutions. This is a freelance contract position, ideal for experienced designers who thrive on project-based work and bringing new products to life. Sales Manager – Account Management & New Business

• As a Sales Manager in Sales, you manage the relationships with our key customers within an assigned region of Germany. • You capture customer needs, identify growth opportunities and win long-term, strategic key accounts. • You build strong, trust-based relationships, proactively identify new business opportunities and convert them into concrete revenue initiatives. • Your goal is to maintain existing business, grow it sustainably and thereby secure the company’s long-term success. • Manage your assigned territory (including regions in Germany, Austria or Switzerland). • Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company; understand needs, goals and challenges; focus on on-site meetings. • Build and maintain close relationships with existing customers. • Achieve a monthly call target of 500 and establish contacts with at least 145 customers. • Make outbound calls on business days from 9:30–11:30 and 14:00–15:30 (except when attending field appointments). • Arrange approximately 15 high-quality in-person meetings per month. • Pursue sales opportunities with the support of the back-office team. • Inform customers about updates, new products and events. • Develop and implement sales strategies. • Be able to review data and derive strategic approaches to increase revenue. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across multiple products/services. • Coordinate pipeline follow-ups and manage meeting and closing dates. • Adhere to KPIs. • Possess in-depth product knowledge and confidently sell the product portfolio. • Identify customer growth potential and adapt our offers to their needs and objectives. • Close contracts and negotiate agreements with customers. • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support) to ensure high customer satisfaction. • Respond to customer questions and concerns and resolve issues. • Monitor industry trends, competitors and market conditions; use market knowledge to identify new business opportunities. • Gather customer feedback and forward it to the relevant departments. • Proactively identify opportunities for contract renewals or expansions.

We design furniture that supports calm, safety, and wellbeing—combining functionality, sustainability, and great design. About the role As the Client Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our USA-based sales team while taking full ownership of your responsibilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and make a meaningful impact. You will excel at collaborating with Area Sales Representatives to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Your ability to identify client needs and secure new business opportunities will be instrumental in driving our growth goals, both by nurturing existing partnerships and establishing new ones. You will primarily work remotely, but must be located within reasonable distance of our new Greater Los Angeles showroom in order to occasionally meet customers and provide in-person tours. What you'll be doing - Develop relationships with key customers via email and telephone to establish a rapport and set up meetings as required for Sales Reps. - Proactively generate new business & generate leads through outbound sales calls to prospective customers. - Spend four hours minimum on the phone, two hours in the morning, two hours in the afternoon. - Make contact with potential customers through calling, direct mails and email marketing campaigns. - Understand our product ranges, apply to the needs of the customer and respond efficiently with a plan on how to meet these needs with our furniture in mind. - Qualify leads and take them through the sales process. - Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager on larger opportunities. - Prepare customised quotes to prospective and existing customers. - Research and identify new business opportunities, such as growth areas, trends etc. - Research and seek out the appropriate contact within an organisation. - Consistent and detailed use of CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities. - Attending meetings and exhibitions when appropriate. - Attend the showroom 2–3 times per month to meet prospective customers and present our products in person. - Research and identify new business opportunities, such as growth areas, trends etc. - Research and seek out the appropriate contact within an organisation. - Attend training once a quarter in our Michigan office. - Cover for team members as and when required with administrative support tasks. - Other adhoc tasks or projects to support the wider team as directed.
