• Develop and ship new features for Aave’s mobile app using UIKit, maintaining a scalable and reliable codebase • Integrate core blockchain functionality, including wallet connectivity, transaction signing, on-chain data reads, gas estimation, and account-abstraction flows • Build secure wallet and key-management interfaces, and deliver real-time data experiences such as balances, yield updates, and notifications • Collaborate closely with designers to deliver pixel-perfect UI, refined interactions, and a cohesive mobile design system • Work with backend and protocol engineers to integrate on-chain/off-chain data, supply/bridge/vault flows, and analytics • Optimise app performance across memory, battery, cold-start time, and overall responsiveness • Partner cross-functionally on requirements, timelines, security reviews, code quality, and long-term architecture

• Architect, build, and maintain complex iOS applications with clean code. • Integrate with backend services to make sure we are delivering a great mobile user experience that is super-fast for end users. • Own important pieces of the product that have high visibility both internally and externally. • Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards. • Communicate and collaborate extensively across multiple teams and functions within the company to drive consensus, align goals, and achieve effective cross-functional outcomes.

• Work as part of a team creating high-quality, performant iOS experiences within our existing app, specifically with the business user in mind. • Partner closely with product and design to create business workflows that are intuitive and reliable (for both admins and employee riders). • Navigate shared ownership effectively: integrate with existing modules and platform services, collaborate across teams on APIs/contracts, manage dependencies and rollouts without destabilizing the core app. • Improve quality through testing, instrumentation, performance work, and strong release discipline. • Contribute to continuous improvement: refactors that unblock future work, build performance improvements, better debugging/triage practices, clearer module boundaries. • Troubleshoot and lead full-cycle incident response (mitigation, correction, prevention). • Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, Design, Research, Data Science, and Operations teams to identify and solve problems that impact our users. • Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and code quality across teams. • Contribute to shaping the technical strategy and long-term vision for Lime for Business’s iOS platform — including architecture, tooling and development best practices.
