• Receive and respond to assignments promptly, typically scheduling inspections within 24 hours. • Conduct thorough onsite property inspections (often with engineers) within 7 days of assignment. • Access rooftops, crawlspaces, and other challenging environments to conduct full evaluations. • Prepare detailed photo reports, cost estimates (using Xactimate or similar), and written reports within 7 days post-inspection. • Collaborate with Keystone’s Managing Building Consultant during the review and approval process, responding within 24 hours of report feedback. • Occasionally travel to perform CAT (Catastrophe) event evaluations. • Participate in joint inspections and communicate effectively with policyholders, engineers, and claim adjusters. • Act as an expert witness, when required, and provide credible testimony based on your construction experience.

• Using in-depth knowledge of the JD Edwards Homebuilder applications, as well as Homebuilder industry best practice expertise, consult with clients to provide cost effective solutions to solve business issues • Work collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement JD Edwards Homebuilder solutions. • Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval • Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles. • Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary • Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions • Conduct and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing, • Go-Live preparation and cut-over support, and post-production support
