Second Front Systems
• Drive technical engagements with CEOs, CTOs, engineering directors, and software engineers • Serve as a key member of the Mission Success team, owning technical aspects of direct customer engagements • Participate in go-to-market efforts including customer calls, technical presentations, upsell opportunities, product demos, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops • Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Second Front products and represent 2F internally and externally as a trusted SME • Track customer feedback and engage with product teams to align roadmaps with demand signals • Support business development efforts by developing/reviewing marketing content (blogs, posts, technical documentation)
Job Requirements
- Self-starter who can thrive independently and in team settings
- Strong client-facing experience, ideally within the Defense Industrial Base (partnerships, or customer success)
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (certified or eager to certify)
- Senior-level experience in technical roles (software engineering, sales engineering, technical product management) with proven problem-solving skills
- Hands-on software development, networking, or DevOps experience with cloud technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure environments
- Prior experience in a federal/government-facing solutions architect role
- Strong track record supporting complex enterprise SaaS customers
- Experience communicating and influencing at all levels of an organization
- Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications (e.g., Security+)
- Familiarity with 2F’s tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Istio, Git, GitLab, Terraform, relational databases
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices
- Active Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
