About the role Description We are hiring a Curricular Solutions Architect to sit on our sales team and serve as the instructional and product authority for our integrated ELA and social studies curriculum. We’re entering a pivotal growth phase and are looking for a rare hybrid leader who can translate pedagogical expertise into compelling sales stories and support early adopters through successful implementation. This role is for someone who deeply understands elementary ELA, social studies, science of reading, and knowledge-building curriculum design, and knows how to confidently bring that expertise into sales conversations, demos, pilots, and early implementations. You will be the person districts trust when they ask: “Will this actually work for our teachers and students?” You will directly influence revenue, shape early customer success, and help define the future of knowledge-building instruction at scale. What You’ll Do Sales & Go-To-Market - Partner closely with Sales to support district conversations, discovery calls, demos, and adoptions. - Act as the subject-matter expert in ELA, social studies, and integrated, knowledge-building curriculum during sales cycles. - Translate complex instructional design and deep pedagogical expertise (science of reading, background knowledge, coherence, inquiry) into clear, compelling, district-ready narratives tailored to the district’s unique context. - Lead high-impact product demos that connect instructional integrity to real classroom practice. - Partner closely with Product Marketing to craft and refine sales enablement materials, messaging, and proof points. - This role will require 20-40% travel to prospective partner districts. Early Adopter Implementation & Success - Support onboarding and implementation for early adopter districts, ensuring strong early wins - Partner closely with Partner Experience and Curriculum teams to align implementation with district goals. - Serve as a feedback loop from the field—bringing real-world insights back into product and go-to-market strategy. - Help districts plan rollout strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and instructionally sound. Who You Are You are someone who: - Can speak fluently to curriculum directors, superintendents, sales reps, and classroom teachers—and be credible with all of them. - Loves the intersection of curriculum, instruction, product, and growth. - Is energized by ambiguity and building something new. - Is equally comfortable leading a demo, whiteboarding to explain complex ideas and map out solutions, or helping a district plan implementation. Requirements - Deep expertise in ELA and social studies instruction (K–5 preferred). - Strong understanding of the science of reading and knowledge-building curriculum. - Experience in EdTech, curriculum publishing, and/or district-level instructional leadership. - Experience supporting or participating in sales cycles, pilots, or district adoption processes. - Exceptional communication skills—able to make complex ideas clear, compelling, and actionable. - Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Curriculum, and Customer Success. - Familiarity with district procurement, RFPs, and adoption timelines. - Experience supporting early-stage or newly launched products. Why Work For Us - Health & 401K: Employee-covered health care and retirement match - Flexible PTO & Company Closures: Flexible PTO and 12+ observed days off. - Chances to Connected: Biannual company retreats and optional local meetups - Remote Opportunities: Most positions are remote, supporting work-from-home flexibility - Perks and Stipend: Technology package provided, plus a home office stipend - Learning and Development: Educational and development opportunities, monthly Brunch and Learns, and more! The base compensation range for this role is $97,750–132,250. Total compensation for this role also includes a full benefits package. This compensation range and title may be adjusted based on actual experience. Must be U.S. based.

Condor Software

Condor exists to change the financial infrastructure behind clinical operations and finance, connecting clinical operations, vendor activity, and financial signals into a single, real-time intelligence layer.

About Condor Life sciences companies spend over $300B per year on R&D, most of it flowing through a small number of global pharma organizations. Yet the financial core of that innovation is still managed through spreadsheets, PDFs, and disconnected systems. The result is predictable and costly: limited visibility, slow decisions, wasted spend, and delayed therapies. Condor is the financial intelligence layer for life sciences - the infrastructure required for where R&D is heading. We are building the system of record for R&D finance, giving CFOs, clinical leaders, and R&D executives a real-time command center for their development portfolios. Condor unifies clinical and financial data into a single, living source of truth, enabling leaders to see where capital is going, how trials are performing, and how to act with speed and precision. This is not accounting software or reporting tools. Condor is a pharma-native, AI-driven platform built for prediction, control, and execution at enterprise scale. It powers decisions that determine which programs accelerate, which pause, and how billions in R&D capital are deployed. Condor is a high-growth company backed by top institutional partners like Felicis and 645 Ventures, growing rapidly with Top 200 biopharma companies. This is a rare opportunity to help build foundational infrastructure that will shape how new therapies reach patients. The Role The Solution Engineer (SE) at Condor is a quota-carrying, pre-sales role that partners closely with Account Executives to drive revenue through high-quality discovery, tailored demonstrations, and solution design. This role is critical in helping biopharma finance and clinical teams understand how Condor automates clinical trial finance, improves forecasting and accrual accuracy, and supports audit-ready operations as organizations scale toward late-stage development and commercialization. The SE works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure confident buying decisions, smooth handoffs post-sale, and continuous feedback into the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support in-depth discovery with finance, FP&A, accounting, and clinical operations stakeholders - Translate customer workflows, pain points, and success criteria into clear Condor solution designs - Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer maturity and buyer personas (CFO, Accounting, Controller, FP&A, Clinical Ops) - Support pilots, POCs, and technical validations during the sales cycle - Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, qualification, and technical win plans - Carry a shared or individual quota and actively influence deal progression, win rates, and close velocity - Support expansion opportunities by demonstrating additional modules, use cases, and value - Respond to technical, security, and compliance requirements (RFPs, SOC, audit readiness) - Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure clean handoff and early value realization - Surface recurring customer requirements, objections, and product feedback to Product and Engineering - Contribute to demo environments, discovery frameworks, and solution playbooks as the GTM team scales Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant - Experience in biopharma, life sciences, CROs, or healthcare SaaS - Experience in a quota-carrying or revenue-influencing role - Strong discovery and demonstration skills with executive-level audiences - Proven success supporting complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles - Ability to clearly communicate technical and financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Comfort working with financial, operational, or transactional data - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving Series A environment Preferred - Familiarity with clinical trial finance, accruals, forecasting, or budgeting workflows - Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) - Understanding of audit, controls, and compliance concepts (SOC 1 / SOC 2, SOX) - Experience selling to CFOs, Controllers, FP&A, and Clinical Operations leaders What We Offer - Competitive compensation and meaningful equity participation - Comprehensive employee benefits, including 100% company-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k) plan with a 3% company match that vests immediately - Unlimited PTO Condor is an equal opportunity employer.
