• Run our insurance or health services processes — we call these roles Ops Runners internally • Ensure day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of our operations • Flag risks and identify opportunities • Operate our processes: perform tasks such as invoicing and claims handling, expand and manage our network of providers, and support internal teams (live and via documentation) • Contribute to designing and own the best monitoring framework to track volumes, efficiency, and SLAs, and to identify risks and areas for improvement, internally or with our service providers • Oversee partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claims operators), take part in negotiation rounds, and manage daily communication to ensure business continuity • Perform operational controls to confirm correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (both internal and external) • Escalate feedback, help prioritize, and support initiatives to make our processes and services more efficient and delightful • Continuously improve processes, collaborate with product teams to automate certain workflows, enhance external communications, audit processes, and automate steps using automation tools

• Execute and validate configuration changes across spot, futures, and margin product • Ensure all changes follow defined approval flows, version control, and documentation standards • Monitoring exchange health and responding to alerts in real time • Perform first-line incident triage and escalation to engineering when required • Support post-incident analysis, documentation and remediation tasks • Perform structured readiness checks ahead of changes (configuration diffs, scenario testing) • Maintain and improve runbooks, SOPs, checklists, and operational documentation • Ideate new admin tools and automation, providing structured feedback to engineering during testing • Identify repetitive or error-prone workflows and propose automation opportunities • Support Compliance, Finance, Risk, and internal reporting workflows where automation is not yet available • Act as a liaison between Operations, Product, Engineering, and Client Support

• Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analyses to support strategic decision-making • Build business cases, frameworks, MIS reports, dashboards, and financial models to track KPIs and business health • Analyze growth, customer, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement levers • Support GTM, expansion, pricing, cost optimization, automation, and process improvement initiatives • Recommend actionable insights backed by rigorous research and structured thinking • Coordinate communication with internal teams, leadership, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and lead process improvement and workflow optimization • Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational discipline across the Founder’s scope • Elevate customer and client experience by identifying friction points and proposing improvements • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion across sensitive matters • Support management of the Founder’s professional social media presence, as required.

• LLM Serving & Model Management: • Deep expertise in high-throughput serving using vLLM, NVIDIA TensorRT-LLM, and sglang to minimize latency and maximize hardware efficiency. • Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing large-scale open-weights models, specifically DeepSeek 3.1/3.2, Qwen, and GPT-OSS variants. • Advanced optimization and security hardening of Docker specifically for GPU environments. • Managing model weights and orchestration within Kubernetes (GKE) environments. • Real-Time Data Engineering & CDC: • Designing and maintaining high-throughput CDC (Change Data Capture) pipelines using the Apache ecosystem (e.g., Debezium, Kafka) to sync data from Cloud PostgreSQL. • Deploying and tuning ClickHouse for real-time analytics, ML feature storage, and high-speed logging. • Orchestrating complex ML data workflows using Airflow (Google Cloud Composer) to ensure data reliability. • Core Infrastructure & Networking: • Strong Linux systems expertise including internals, networking, and performance tuning for large-scale distributed systems. • Experience with Istio service mesh to manage microservices communication and traffic. • Provisioning and maintaining dedicated GPU nodes (A100/H100/H200/B200), including driver management and OS-level tuning using Ansible. • Solid Kubernetes expertise: controllers, CRDs, CNI, and Ingress. • CI/CD & Tooling: • Implementing pipelines as code within GitLab CI, managing runners, caching, and security scanning. • Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Terragrunt. • Proficiency in Python/Bash for building custom automation and AI Agent tooling. • Load Testing & Observability: • Conducting rigorous load testing for GenAI applications, focusing on metrics like TTFT, TPS, and RPS. • Deploying and managing LiteLLM Gateway for unified API access, load balancing, and cost tracking. • Experience with Datadog for monitoring GPU utilization, inference health, and log pipelines. • Soft Skills: • Strong ownership mindset: balancing speed, reliability, and cost. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with developers, security, and compliance. • Excellent sense of responsibility and accountability. • English B2 or higher. • Nice to Have: • Experience with PCI-DSS, SOC2, or regulations compliance environments. • Our Tech Stack: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP (GKE, Cloud PostgreSQL), Datadog, GitLab, Apache CDC, ClickHouse, Airflow, Istio, Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, sglang, LiteLLM, DeepSeek, Qwen, Go, Python
