Job Description

Salesforce QA/Testing Analyst

PCG Consulting Group International

• Execute unit, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce Service Cloud workflows and configurations • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with HR stakeholders • Identify, document, and track system defects and configuration issues • Manage defect tracking and collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to resolve issues • Validate workflow logic, approval processes, routing rules, and automation • Assist with release readiness and production deployment validation • Conduct root cause analysis for production defects or system issues • Maintain test documentation, test cases, and testing artifacts

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Salesforce testing or QA experience
  • Hands-on experience testing: Salesforce workflows and automation, Case management systems, Salesforce Service Cloud environments
  • Experience with test case creation, defect tracking, and QA documentation
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments with frequent system updates
