Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental chemistry and data validation. - Solid environmental laboratory experience and familiarity with analytical methods. - Knowledge of federal, state, or local agency data validation guidelines (e.g., US EPA National Functional Guidelines). - Proficiency in data management and visualization tools; familiarity with EQuIS DQM is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, project stakeholders, and clients. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under deadlines. - Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. - Willingness to contribute to business development efforts through client engagement and professional networking.
