Qualifications - 10+ years of professional software development experience in modern, cloud-based environments. - Strong expertise in distributed systems built with microservices and/or serverless architectures. - Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, and API Gateway. - Proficiency in Golang and/or Java with a strong focus on performance optimization and clean code principles. - Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, Docker containers, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. - Proven ability to design automated unit, integration, and performance testing frameworks. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative software delivery practices. - Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to strong engineering culture and technical leadership. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours with a 7:00 AM EST start time.
