• Oversee technical direction of 32 microservices across 6 agile teams • Participate in architecture and code reviews of Springboot and Ruby microservices as well as AWS Elastic Kubernetes YAML configurations • Advise on improvements to health and DORA monitors and metrics • Identify and recommend solutions to address scalability, reliability, and availability • Advise executives on strategic technology decisions related to microservices and team capacity • Oversee major deployments and high-risk secret key rotations • Oversee on-call operations

• Working knowledge of contract with owner • Prepare work scopes packages • Organize & maintain cost structure • Help maintain weekly work plans • Document schedule impacts to project • Prepare estimates of DPR’s change order work • Attend and document minutes at owner/architect meeting, subcontractor meeting, and staff meeting • Participate in and apply DPR’s environmental health and safety plan to maintain injury-free environments • Assist foremen and field crews in the execution of the project • Prepare and monitor labor cost reports.

• Collaborate with supply chain leads and technical teams to implement solutions for identified process and quality improvement opportunities. • Explore emerging technologies and benchmark industry practices for supply chain advancement. • Define material inspection methodologies and create plans to optimize supply chain and logistics processes. • Monitor supply and demand trends, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. • Drive supplier performance improvements by establishing control standards, determining KPIs, and conducting regular performance evaluations. • Manage quality excursions, lead failure mode analyses, and develop specifications that minimize variability and align with operational requirements.
