• Lead the efficiency of technology usage for Diller Teen Fellows and the Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards. • Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing user profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data privacy across global regions. • Execute regular data audits and "cleanup" sprints to maintain a high standard of data hygiene. • Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards and custom reports that track program recruitment, alumni engagement, and award applications. • Manage integrations and specific packages, including Enrollment RX for applications and Pardot for automated marketing/email campaigns. • Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Formstack, optimizing workflows to reduce manual data entry. • Manage the front-end of our WordPress-based websites; this includes updating seasonal content, ensuring plugin stability, and managing SEO metadata. • Proactively research and propose new software solutions or automations that solve recurring "pain points" for the program teams. • Act as the technical translator between our internal staff and the host IT departments (JFBA/JFNA).

We are hiring for a Solutions Architect to work for a bank in Hawaii. IT Architecture and Design Leadership experience is needed and this person will lead the future-state architecture design for the Treasury, Accounting, and Finance system replacement initiative. Develop end-to-end architectural diagrams, data flows, integration patterns, and infrastructure specifications. Define target-state cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with Empyrean capabilities and Bank of Hawaii technical standards. Assess the current SAS-based and legacy systems and identify architectural gaps, dependencies, and migration requirements. Recommend strategies for data transformation, cleansing, and integration across multiple financial data sources. Data Integration & Migration Strategy: Architect data flows between Empyrean and upstream/downstream systems, including financial reporting, accounting, and treasury operations. Security, Compliance & Infrastructure: Ensure that all design considerations meet Bank of Hawaii’s stringent security, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Provide guidance on performance, scalability, redundancy, and reliability of the new architecture. Collaboration & Advisory: Serve as the primary architectural advisor to business stakeholders, project managers, data teams, and external vendors. Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for executive and non-technical stakeholders. Work closely with the Empyrean implementation team to ensure architectural alignment throughout design and build phases.
