Role Description We are seeking a senior WordPress Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise-grade WordPress solutions. This role is client-facing and requires strong consulting skills, technical depth, and experience working with large organizations, multiple stakeholders, and high-visibility digital platforms. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, translating business, marketing, and digital strategy requirements into scalable WordPress solutions - Lead discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design sessions with client stakeholders - Design, build, and optimize custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations - Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, security, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability - Integrate WordPress with enterprise systems (CRM, analytics, identity providers, marketing platforms, payment gateways, APIs) - Provide oversight on content modeling, publishing workflows, and governance - Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization - Collaborate with UX, engineering, DevOps, and project management teams to deliver on time and within scope - Produce clear technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to client teams Qualifications - 5+ years of WordPress development experience, including enterprise or high-traffic websites - Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience with senior business and technical stakeholders - Strong expertise in WordPress core, custom themes, plugins, hooks, custom post types, and REST APIs - Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL - Experience with performance optimization, security hardening, and SEO best practices - Familiarity with enterprise hosting environments and deployment workflows - Ability to clearly communicate technical decisions and tradeoffs to non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications - Experience with WordPress multisite and complex content architectures - Commerce platform integrations - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance requirements - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and staging/production environments - Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment Professional Skills - Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills - Structured, analytical problem-solving approach - Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client priorities - High level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability Benefits - All our positions are Remote and are available as Full Time Employment or B2B Contracts

• Supports Implementation of Oracle PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) / NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting) application • Aligns business requirements and leading practices to implement a technical solution • Assists in the development of end-user training materials, and as needed, deliver training to project team members and customers • Develops technical specifications for recommended business processes, system design/configuration values/ reports, and system customizations • Communicates timely status updates on assigned work and on-going activities • Works collaboratively with the Practice Lead and other Consultants for any process improvements and solutions.

• Architect complete NSAW implementations including Source system analysis (NetSuite + external systems), ADW data structures and transformation layers, NSAW semantic models and subject areas, OAC dashboards and KPIs. • Define NSAW best practices for Data modeling standards, Environment setup, Security and subject area design, Performance, and scalability. • Lead discovery sessions to translate business questions into: KPIs, financial logic, allocation rules, hierarchies, and grain definitions. • Build working SQL prototypes to validate logic before dashboards are developed. • Design and implement transformation logic in Oracle ADW. • Write, optimize, and review complex Oracle SQL involving multi-table financial joins, time-series logic, hierarchical modeling, reconciliation datasets, snapshotting and historical logic. • Architect structures that support trial balance reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, operational analytics, drill-through from summary to transaction level. • Partner with integration teams using: Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Celigo or similar iPaaS tools. • Define: source-to-target mappings, data contracts, refresh strategies, dependency flows. • Understand and document how transformations in middleware impact downstream analytics. • Lead root-cause analysis when data issues occur across: NetSuite, integration tools, ADW, NSAW semantic layer. • Design executive-ready dashboards in Oracle Analytics Cloud aligned to NSAW models. • Enforce visualization and modeling best practices. • Develop enablement assets like technical documentation, solution walkthroughs, admin handover guides, internal training and client training material.
