Finance Associate

• Reconciliation of payments and accounts • Collecting and organizing receipts and invoices • Assisting with financial reporting and documentation • Supporting the head of finance with daily tasks and projects • Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping • Support operations and financial management of a growing income-share-agreement portfolio • Support HR administration

Job Requirements

  • Graduation from a relevant degree program or training (e.g. “Betriebswirt”, “Kaufmann”, “Buchhalter”, “Finanzbuchhalter”, “Betriebswirtschaft”, “BWL”, “Kaufmännische Ausbildung”)
  • At least 1 year of professional experience (training, first professional experience, student job, internship, etc.)
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and time management skills
