The Opportunity WSDOT is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Agreement Specialist/Area Consultant Liaison to serve as one of the Southwest Region’s (SWR) subject matter experts for all agreement types and a critical partner in project delivery. This position will be responsible for the preparation, processing, and administration of a wide range of agreements that support project advertisement, construction, consultant services, and Area Maintenance operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution to keep projects on schedule. The successful candidate will bring strong contract development and administration experience, knowledge of public agency agreement procedures and practices, exceptional organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with project teams and stakeholders. What to Expect Among the varied range of responsibilities held within this role, the SWR Agreement Specialist will: - Serve as a Region resource for agreements; prepare all agreement types. - Enter standard and non-standard agreements into the WSDOT Agreement Review Transmittal (ART) database.  - Assist Region Real Estate Services Office, if requested, to prepare non-standard amendments for Turnback Agreements. - Provide counsel to internal offices regarding available options for agreement needs. - Prepare and facilitate agreements with private parties, local agencies, state agencies, and federal agencies. - Maintain Region Agreement files from initial setup through destruction, according to retention policies. - Serve as an Area Consultant Liaison (ACL) between Region and Headquarters Contract Services Office (HQ CSO).  - Attend regional meetings (pre-construction conferences, project assignment meetings, project status meetings, and other meetings with consultants), as requested. Qualifications This is a Transportation Engineer 3 position. This role oversees daily operational performance across clinical onboarding and off boarding, clinician engagement, systems access, credentialing and coordination, translating strategy into execution. What You’ll Do - Collaborate with clinical leadership to support the overall health of the Neurology Service Line, to include project and task management related to the clinical workforce; contribute to strategic planning, capacity modeling, and forecasting initiatives. - Provide leadership and direction to the Liaison team in alignment with Access TeleCare’s Mission, Vision, and Values. - Maintain the active clinician roster for the purposes of clinician management and Practice management, ensuring accurate internal records on status, roles and practice areas of each clinician. - Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to optimize the clinician experience and their practice environment. - Partner with clinical leadership, clinicians, and shared service teams to ensure timely execution of clinician-related workflows, reinforcing cross-functional accountability and removing barriers to progress. - Coordinate with clinicians and clinical system‑access team to ensure timely access and clinician readiness for practice. - Manage clinical onboarding and off‑boarding processes from first touch through completion. - Oversee the clinician payroll experience, including investigating and resolving compensation discrepancies in partnership with Finance & Accounting, effectively communicating with Clinicians throughout the process - Collaborate with Growth Strategy leadership on Salesforce automations, implementation dashboards, onboarding & offboarding dashboards to scale operations through process improvement and automation. - Refine previously established escalation pathways to resolve clinician communication barriers and operational delays. - Maintain dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clinical onboarding, systems access, clinical offboarding, and throughput metrics.
