Role Description We are looking for a passionate consultative Inside Commercial Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of “doing good by crafting products intentionally, collaboratively, and transparently.” As the Inside Commercial Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our talented Inside Commercial Sales team, collaborating to drive commercial growth across the mid and southwestern region of the US. You will leverage technology and a social selling approach to manage diverse tile projects, playing a key role in expanding our trade client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to manage a significant book of business while becoming an expert in sustainable, high-end architectural surfaces. Reporting to the Inside Commercial Sales Manager, this position is fully remote. Our culture thrives on professional development, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within the organization. This is an hourly position and pays $28.00 plus commission. What You’ll Achieve … - Drive Revenue & Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets while growing your active trade client base by 10-15% year-over-year. - Master Consultative Selling: Manage a book of 800-1,200 accounts, helping architects and designers select the best products and materials for complex commercial projects. - Execute High-Volume Outreach: Engage leads through a consistent rhythm of 50-60 calls and 650-700 emails per month to nurture relationships and build a robust pipeline. - Operational Excellence: Maintain Salesforce CRM with 90% data accuracy, ensuring all project data and close dates are proactively managed and up to date. - Strategic Conversion: Work toward achieving a minimum 35% conversion rate for leads into booked projects by your second year.
