This executive will be accountable for generating $5- 10M+ in net-new annual revenue while helping shape the strategic direction of our analytics, data, and AI offerings across healthcare provider, payer, and life sciences markets. This is a high-visibility, growth-oriented leadership role that blends business development, executive advisory, and practice leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare IT credibility, particularly across Epic, enterprise applications, data, and analytics and a proven ability to translate complex technology programs into tangible financial, operational, and clinical outcomes. You will partner closely with Impact Advisors’ executive leadership, delivery teams, and marketing to drive go-to-market strategy, originate and close complex deals, and build long-term, trusted client relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus) - Generate $5-10M+ annually in net-new revenue through direct business development and consultative selling. - Build, manage, and mature a robust pipeline across healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations. - Leverage executive relationships and industry presence to open doors, initiate value-based conversations, and close complex engagements. - Lead pursuits end-to-end from opportunity identification through solution design, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation. Executive Client Advisory & Relationship Management - Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CIOs, and other C-suite leaders. - Position data, analytics, AI, and Epic-enabled strategies to address financial performance, revenue integrity, clinician efficiency, access, quality, and patient experience. - Deliver compelling executive-level presentations that connect analytics and AI investments to measurable business outcomes. - Partner with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth. Strategy & Practice Development - Help define and evolve the firm’s Data & AI go-to-market strategy, including solution bundles, accelerators, and managed service offerings. - Identify emerging market trends and client needs that inform new analytics, AI, and data product development. - Act as a thought leader- contributing insights, speaking at industry events, and representing Impact Advisors in the marketplace. - Support the scaling of delivery capabilities, operating models, and talent aligned with growth objectives. Executive Profile & Experience Background & Scope - Senior healthcare IT executive (Senior Director, VP, EVP, or equivalent) with accountability for enterprise applications, data, analytics, and performance outcomes. - 8-10+ years in healthcare IT and consulting, including meaningful Epic experience and progressive leadership responsibility. - Demonstrated success building or scaling service lines, owning revenue targets, and contributing to P&L performance. - Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios across implementations, optimizations, and managed services. Epic, Data & Analytics Expertise - Deep Epic background spanning clinical and/or revenue cycle domains, large multi-entity deployments, and post-go-live optimization. - Explicit responsibility for data, analytics, and reporting- including dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level insights. - Experience navigating complex data environments, integrating Epic and non-Epic systems, and using analytics to improve margin, throughput, denials, quality, and access. - Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and cloud ecosystems (e.g., Epic Analytics, Azure, advanced analytics, AI/ML). Executive Presence & Leadership Style - Proven consultative seller with strong executive presence and credibility in the C-suite. - Entrepreneurial builder with a track record of creating, growing, or transforming healthcare IT and analytics offerings. - Known for driving disciplined execution, rescuing underperforming initiatives, and delivering measurable outcomes. - Strong people leader who recruits, develops, and inspires high-performing teams while fostering accountability and collaboration. Qualifications - 8-10+ years selling healthcare consulting or professional services with consistent success generating $5M–$10M+ annually. - Strong understanding of healthcare IT, analytics, AI, and enterprise application ecosystems. - Established executive-level relationships across healthcare providers and/or payers. - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred. Role Description The SVP, Head of Commercial Lending is responsible for supervising a group of commercial lenders and the management of commercial loans. Develops loans, deposits and fee income with both existing and prospective customers. Negotiates loan facilities while balancing the customer's needs with the Bank's risk profile, growth, and earnings goals. Essential Functions: - Analyze the applicant or client's financial status, credit, market conditions, competition, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans and under what terms and conditions. - Monitor an existing commercial loan portfolio to ensure proper risk ratings and early identification of potential problems. - Prepare for approval within specified time limits and refer loan requests outside of those limits to senior management for approval. - Develop new loan and deposit business with prospective customers. - Communicate with applicants and existing clientele to discuss loan applications and to answer questions about the process. Explain to customers and applicants the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services. - Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants and existing customer's credit histories, corporate financial statements and other necessary financial information to begin the credit decision process. This would also include ordering collateral valuations if required. - Review and update credit and loan files as required by loan policy. Monitor Commercial Loan Maturity Reports so as to evaluate the necessary steps, as well as financial and collateral information needed to be obtained from the client to underwrite renewals. - Monitor and participate in the collection efforts of Commercial Loan Officers to assure the timely collection of all delinquent accounts. Provide direction and assistance as needed or requested in collecting seriously delinquent accounts. - Monitor and maintain a Loan Officer calling program; establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective commercial customers and referral sources. - Monitor exception reports for follow up by loan officers for correct loan documentation for errors. - Facilitate and participate in Loan Officer training. - Conduct monthly meetings with Commercial Loan officers.
