Who You Are: The Field Execution Manager is responsible for driving sales by increasing in store execution and ensuring flawless execution in the field by distributors and supporting the San Francisco Bay Area. The role is multifaceted, focusing on distributor management, local retail sales, in-store conditions, and administrative support. This position is vital to make sure in store execution meets brands standards to support sales and share growth goals. What You're Good At: - Conduct regular sales calls with key local and regional retail field management personnel. - Negotiate and secure increased in store execution during promotion and off promotion; including incremental shelf space, cooler placements, and display execution within key accounts. - Collaborate with commercial marketing to ensure world class execution of retail activations. - Review monthly performance metrics with distributors and develop actionable plans to address gaps. - Work in field with district managers and field management teams to establish in store execution standards of expectation - Act as the point of contact for distributor account managers to address issues and opportunities. - Provide training and guidance on brand positioning and product knowledge to distributor sales teams. - Monitor inventory levels, placement, and promotional execution to ensure optimal stock and visibility. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners to ensure alignment with sales goals. - Spend time in stores engaging directly with retailers, and store staff to grow brand space in store - Optimize product placement on shelves and displays for maximum visibility and sales. - Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategy. - Log daily sales activities, customer interactions, and distributor management updates using CRM tools. - Follow up on order statuses and ensure timely delivery to distributors and retail partners. - Respond to customer questions, concerns, and inquiries professionally and promptly. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on territory performance, goals, and key insights. What You Contribute: - 3-10 years in sales, field execution, distributor management or a similar role within the beverage, FMCG, or CPG industry. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities. - Proficiency with Excel, PPT, and sales analytics tools. - Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. - Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory (driver’s license required). - Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines - Reliable smartphone with camera technology from the past 3 years to utilize for CRM tools and capturing field execution visuals. - Ability to carry 50lbs+ and meet physical demands of the job Why Nutrabolt?
