Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Active BCBA credential
- Minimum two years of professional ABA experience
- Strong communication and clinical leadership skills

Role Description Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, is looking for a Senior Estimator to join our team in our Dallas-Fort Worth, Tx Office. The Senior Estimator will work closely with project managers, suppliers, customers, and trade partners to produce precise cost estimates and support preconstruction planning. You’ll be involved in every step of the estimating process, including scope reviews, job walks, and cost evaluations. The position requires strong analytical thinking, a deep understanding of electrical construction methods, and a results-driven mindset. - Communicate with suppliers, contractors, clients, and the internal team to discuss and formulate accurate estimates. - Assess project drawings and requirements to formulate cost estimates and breakdowns. - List and measure all materials needed for project as well as pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and expenses. - Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to gather competitive pricing. - Work with the project management team to develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. - Evaluate site conditions through pre-bid walks and incorporate findings into estimates. - Contribute to value engineering initiatives and propose cost-efficient solutions. - Support bid evaluation, scope clarification, and proposal comparison. - Maintain detailed records of estimates, assumptions, and pricing data. - Proactively engage with customers to provide timely estimate updates, deliver customized solutions tailored to their specific needs, and gather competitive pricing insights. Qualifications - Established track record with at least four years in roles related to estimating, engineering, or project management. - Hands-on experience with interior commercial build-outs, tenant upgrades, shell construction, and industrial plant developments. - Extensive experience with industry-standard construction methods and material usage. - Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Electrical Code. - Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. - Proficient in construction software including Bluebeam, Building Connected, and Accubid. - Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must have a valid driver’s license.
